Chanhassen HS Off-Season
Participation in the Lacrosse Off-Season Programming is strongly encouraged to ensure athletes are ready for the high school season. Captains Practices have two options (Group A - intended for the majority of players, and Group B - intended for players in another winter sport, who may often have conflicts with weekday nights).
Ages
Open to all eligible HS athletes (7th-12th Grades) planning to play for Chanhassen High School in the spring.
When
What time of the year does this program run?
Example: Practices will start in January and run through the beginning of March.

Field Practices are all held at the Eastern Carver County Athletic Center. The address for this facility is:

ETS/Conditioning is held at Chanhassen High School (Weight Room/Indoor Track)
Practices
Group A:
- Thursday & Sunday Evenings
Group B: (Intended for athletes in a winter sport)
- Sunday Evenings Only
